Abstract

This brief from 2007 explains the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and the implications of the 2004 amendments. Project Forum organized a policy forum in October 2006 whose participants identified the challenges to implementing RTI and Early Intervening Services and provided recommendations for overcoming them.
